T&T Realty Tips

Real estate transactions fill your mind with a multitude of questions.  Sometimes those questions are personal, professional, or even based on emotions. The emotional disparity is bound to happen during the process of property transference or leasing without a good real estate coach.  My job is to help you with the sale, purchase, or lease of residential real estate and become your REALTOR® for life.

Having a resource to get your questions answered and provide tips takes hours of research and confirmation. Even then you may not understand what you have read.  I may not have a video that answers your questions and that is when we begin to work together.  If you have a question(s), think of how many others are asking themselves the same thing.  You play a role in helping build a resource for many others who are in the market for buying, selling, or leasing their next place of residence.

Do you have a question(s) about a residential real estate transaction? Ask me about residential real estate sales, purchases, or leasing and I’ll get them answered for you.  Remember, there are no dumb questions.  You can send an email to thomas@thomasgibsonrealtor.com or complete the contact form located on this site.

I hope you find these videos informative, useful, and even entertaining at times.  Relax and let’s work together to get you better informed about what it takes to bring a transaction to closing and funding while we build a great relationship.  As a licensed REALTOR®, I am here to help you.

You don’t have to worry about your name or contact information being shared, I will respond using confidentiality and discretion.  Tell your friends or family who may be in the market about this site and let them get their questions answered as well.  I look forward to hearing from you.
